A native of Pelham, Alabama, Tyler Watts has built a career around leadership, teamwork, and serving the people of his home state.  Tyler first became well known across Alabama through football. A standout quarterback at Pelham High School, he was one of the state’s top recruits and earned numerous honors during his high school career, including Alabama Class 6A Player of the Year and Parade All-American recognition. Tyler continued his football career at the University of Alabama, where he played quarterback for the Crimson Tide and was part of Alabama’s 1999 SEC Championship team. He was selected as a permanent team captain in 2001 and again served as a team captain during his Alabama career.  After football, Tyler brought the same competitive drive and team-first approach into the insurance industry. He began his insurance career in 2005 and established Tyler Watts & Associates in 2008. Today, the independent agency works with multiple insurance carriers to help individuals, families, and businesses find coverage designed around their particular needs. Tyler has also remained closely connected to Alabama football. In addition to years of sports broadcasting, he was named a color analyst for University of Alabama football broadcasts in 2023, allowing him to share his knowledge and experience with Crimson Tide fans.  Whether on the football field, behind the microphone, or working with an insurance client, Tyler believes in preparation, relationships, hard work, and taking care of the people who put their trust in you. His Alabama roots and competitive background continue to shape the way he leads his agency and serves his community.

Rebecca has worked in the insurance industry since 2014, bringing nearly 13 years of experience in commercial coverages including liability, property, workers’ compensation, and professional lines. She is dedicated to helping businesses protect what they’ve built and enjoys getting to know each client personally as their company grows and succeeds.

Originally from Hoover, Rebecca has called Alabaster home since 2015. She and her husband, her high‑school sweetheart, have one son and two cats. Outside the office, Rebecca is deeply involved in the Thompson High School marching band program, where her son plays tuba, and she volunteers throughout the season. She also enjoys camping, spending time with family, and being active in her church community.

Rebecca is known for her steady leadership, her commitment to client relationships, and her passion for supporting local families and businesses.

George brings 28 years of insurance experience to the agency, including five years serving clients with Tyler. He specializes in commercial lines and is committed to helping business owners protect their operations with the right coverage and guidance.  A longtime Hoover resident, George enjoys life with his wife, Lori, and their daughters, Bailey and Lindsey. He is known for his steady expertise, practical approach, and the genuine relationships he builds with clients and colleagues.  George is a graduate of the University of Alabama, earning his Finance degree in 1996. He completed his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2002 and previously served as president of the Birmingham Independent Insurance Agents.

John brings more than a year of experience to the agency, working with both personal and commercial insurance clients. He enjoys helping families and business owners protect what matters most, from their homes and vehicles to the assets they’ve worked hard to build.

Born and raised in Hokes Bluff, John has lived in Mountain Brook for the past 16 years. He and his wife, Maryann, have five children ranging from ages 14 to 18, along with a lively household of four dogs, a cat, and a rabbit. Before entering the insurance field, John retired after a 31‑year career in education and coaching football, a role that shaped his commitment to leadership, teamwork, and service.  Clients and coworkers are often surprised to learn that John briefly attended the University of Alabama School of Law before ultimately earning his degree in education to pursue his passion for coaching.

Pam brings 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, offering extensive knowledge across Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance. She works with both personal and commercial clients and is always ready to assist with policy questions, service needs, and claims. Pam’s approach to insurance is rooted in relationships — she enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their needs, and helping them protect what matters most.  Pam has called Hoover home throughout her adult life. Family is central to her world, and she is happily married with four adult children, two granddaughters, and a rotating crew of two — sometimes three — energetic pets. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and embracing the simple joys of everyday life.  Known for her friendly personality and genuine care for others, Pam brings a personal touch to every interaction. And while most people start their day with breakfast food, Pam will happily choose pizza or spaghetti instead. She’s also a sweet‑tea lover with strong War Eagle spirit.  Pam looks forward to building lasting relationships and being someone clients can count on for their insurance needs.

Eli has spent the past year serving clients in personal lines, helping individuals and families protect what matters most. He enjoys building relationships and being a reliable source of support, guidance, and solutions for every client he works with.

A Montevallo native, Eli is active in his community and enjoys giving back through charity work. Outside the office, you’ll often find him golfing, hiking, or cheering on Alabama football. His energy, positivity, and commitment to service make him a valued part of the agency team.  Clients and coworkers are often surprised to learn that Eli can name every capital in the world — and that he’s also a world‑class dancer.
